Hello! It's nice to meet you.
I've always been drawn to the transformative power of therapy. Self-understanding, connection, and insight can help us not only navigate challenges but truly thrive. Since earning my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life’s transitions, emotional struggles, and identity work.
Early in my journey, I worked primarily with at-risk adolescents, many of whom were involved in the juvenile justice system or in substance use treatment programs. Much of this work was community-based, meeting teens and their families where they were, both literally and emotionally. That time deeply shaped my approach. I aim to be grounded, flexible, relational, and always attuned to the strengths that can emerge even in the most difficult circumstances.
Since 2017, I’ve been in private practice and now focus on working with college students and young professionals. I'm especially drawn to the rich, often messy terrain of emerging adulthood—navigating identity, career pressures, relationships, and self-worth.
My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and insight-oriented, with an essential touch of humor. I believe we all carry internal parts that have helped us survive, and that with curiosity and compassion, we can help those parts find more balance and ease.
I know that when you're struggling, relief matters. I offer strategies to help manage what's happening in the moment, while we also explore the deeper roots of your experience. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or simply feeling stuck, I’ll meet you where you are and help you tap into your own resilience and insight.
I’d be honored to walk along side you on your journey!
