Depression

Depression can feel like a heavy fog, making it difficult to connect with yourself, others, or even the things you once enjoyed. It affects how you think, feel, and move through the world, often showing up as sadness, numbness, guilt, or self-criticism. Some people feel hopeless or drained, while others experience irritability, anger, or restlessness. Depression can also bring exhaustion, changes in sleep and appetite, or a sense of being disconnected from life. However it shows up for you, it can be isolating and overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

In therapy, we’ll explore the parts of you that carry sadness, self-doubt, or hopelessness with curiosity and compassion. Instead of pushing these feelings away or feeling stuck in them, we’ll work to understand their roots, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop tools to reconnect with a sense of meaning and possibility. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but step by step, you can build a life that feels more aligned, fulfilling, and hopeful.
