Anxiety
Anxiety is a normal part of life—it’s your mind and body’s way of keeping you safe. But when it feels like a part of you is always on high alert—overthinking, anticipating worst-case scenarios, or keeping you stuck in self-doubt—it can be exhausting. Maybe another part of you tries to push the anxiety away, but it keeps coming back, making it harder to focus, relax, or feel at ease in your own life.
In therapy, we’ll get curious about these anxious parts, understanding their role and why they show up the way they do. Instead of fighting against them, we’ll work to build a more compassionate relationship with your inner world, so anxiety no longer has to take over. You can learn to calm your nervous system, step out of old patterns, and create more space for confidence, ease, and self-trust.
