Teens and Young Adults
People often say your teens and 20s are the best years of your life—but that doesn’t always feel true. Being a teenager or young adult is hard. You’re expected to figure out who you are, what you want, and where you’re headed… no pressure, right? This stage of life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I have years of experience working with teens and young adults, helping them work through anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, and the pressures of school and adulthood. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build self-compassion, and develop the confidence to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
This stage of life also comes with big shifts in independence and identity. It’s completely normal to feel torn between wanting support from parents and pushing back against them. As you work to define who you are outside of family expectations, it can sometimes feel isolating, confusing, or even frustrating. Therapy gives you a space to process these changes, understand your needs, and navigate relationships on your own terms—all while strengthening your sense of self.
